Founded and led by Eric Williams (a licensed Professional Engineer), the firm has completed over 2,500 wastewater system designs across Texas, ranging from small commercial facilities to large-scale decentralized developments.

With extensive experience navigating county and state regulatory requirements, WillCo Engineering provides streamlined, remote project delivery while maintaining close coordination with clients, contractors, and permitting authorities.

WillCo Engineering also provides engineering support for wastewater systems requiring authorization under Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) rules, including TPDES discharge permits, TLAP land application permits, and projects governed by Chapter 217 wastewater facility requirements.
